Loving the Journey of Becoming

Loving the Journey of Becoming

Today is an amazing new day unfolding with ease, joy, and glory!

Classwork and homework will be completed this weekend, and I am so grateful that this quarter will soon be finished. I have grown so much through this process of becoming a minister. I am witnessing my own evolution—experiencing changes in my mind, soul, and body that I never thought possible. I deeply admire the part of me that is so eager to experience this kind of growth—to step out on a limb and continuously say yes to expanding my mind and my life experience.

To be open, to jump in with both feet into a space where everything can be rearranged—from a limited point of view to a wildly new experience of limitless possibilities—fills me with awe. I am amazed by the part of me that allows this kind of exponential growth. I am grateful to surrender to new possibilities and to allow a new life to emerge.

As I continue to learn and release all the rigid ideas I once held so tightly, I open myself to new ways of being. Keeping on, keeping on—allowing unfoldment to be easy, joyful, and constant—has been exhilarating.

I am deeply grateful for all the teachers who have graced my life throughout this ministerial journey, and for all who have opened windows, doors, and gates to a higher understanding of what is possible.

When I look around our apartment, I feel such love and gratitude for the hand that holds mine and for his grace in my life. Without him, all of this would not have been possible. I am grateful for every person who has touched my life and opened space for growth—even when it was painful—because each experience brought new awareness and wisdom ready to be learned.
